Construction
Progress and handover
Villa 4 forms part of the Four Palms project under construction. The September update, dated 30 September 2026, recorded 80% overall progress and a December 2026 completion and handover target. Ask the team for an update on this unit when you enquire.
The lease runs to August 2058, with a possible extension at future market price under the agreement. The stated handover commitments are a 30-day testing period, a one-year villa warranty excluding items with shorter manufacturer warranties, and a five-year structural warranty.
The project plans its SLF process after construction. Confirm the timetable and when occupation or rental can lawfully begin; the physical handover date alone does not establish that. Independent review of the lease and purchase documents is encouraged.
