The most compact of the four, with 127 m² of building area on 105 m² of land. It includes the same two ensuite bedrooms, private pool and furnished delivery at a promotional asking price.
128 m² of building area on 110 m² of land. At IDR 4.112 billion, Villa 4 has the lowest asking price in this collection's current price schedule.

Payment
Two published schedules. Compare the total price as well as the size and timing of each instalment.
The standard schedule starts with 60% at agreement, followed by 20% when external finishing, including façades and windows, is complete. A further 15% falls due at completion and key handover, with the final 5% within 30 days after handover and before final signing.

The total price is IDR 5.6 billion, paid as IDR 2.24 billion down and 12 quarterly instalments of IDR 280 million. This is a different total price from the standard IDR 5.04 billion offer.
